Customer Service

Our Customer Service Department is open Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM EST to answer questions on your account. Calls for emergencies are accepted 24 hours a day.

Effective May 1, 2015,Piedmont Water Company will only accept full payment of the Past Due Balance for any account that has been disconnected or is scheduled for disconnection.

Manage Your Account
The Piedmont Water company Customer Portal now provides you many options for managing your PWC account(s). Here are some of the many things you can do from the Portal:

  • - View your current bill
  • - Update your mailing address
  • - See usage and payment history
  • - Make a payment by Credit Card or e-Check
  • - Sign-up to get your bill notice via email
  • - Setup autopay by Bank Draft or recurring Credit Card
  • - Manage your contact information

Accessing the Customer Portal
To access the Customer Portal, you will first need to register your account. Registering an account is easy and doesn't take long. You will need the following to register your account:

  • - A recent statement
  • - An active email account to use for password resetting
  • - A userid that you create for yourself
  • - A password at least 8 characters in length that you create for yourself
  • - A secrect question and answer that you create for yourself

Automatic Bill Pay (Bank Drafting)
Avoid late fees and never have to search for a stamp to mail in your monthly check. Enroll in bank drafting by downloading and completing the Enrollment Form or, for faster enrollment, login to the Customer Portal and sign up today. Please return the completed document to the address listed on the bottom of the form or by FAX to 404-235-4977.

Pay by Phone
Piedmont accepts payment by Visa, Mastercard and Disc0ver Card. To pay by phone, have a recent billing statement with you and call 770-250-3198 for direct access to the Interactive Pay System. Or you can call 1-800-248-7689, and when you hear the automated greeting, press "1". Please note: if your account is past due, the full past due balance is the minimum payment amount the system will accept.
